Position: Assistant Manager VMC

Salary: 45k To 50k

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: Vasai East

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the planning, operations and execution for all Vertical milling precision machining operations of production orders

 Excellent VMC programming and VMC machine setting skillset for job production of custom-made components

 Lead new product development of VMC machining

 Strong leadership to handle a team of supervisors, setters and operators.

 Proven ability in employee skill development and training

 Clear application of GD&T knowledge in engineering drawings

 Sound knowledge of product inspection

 Excellent communication skills for co-ordination with cross functional teams

 Implementing multiple cost saving activities and Kaizen’s

 Sustenance of 6S and Lean Manufacturing Activities
