Job Title: Sales Executive

(EV 2-Wheeler)Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed demonstrations of our EV bike models, highlighting battery life, range, and charging features.Sales Conversion: Handle inquiries, conduct test rides, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Lead Management: Follow up with potential customers via phone and email to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Documentation: Assist customers with financing options, insurance, and RTO registration paperwork.Market Awareness: Stay updated on EV subsidies (like FAME-II), latest industry trends, and competitor offerings

.Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (or the local regional language) to build rapport with local customers.

Sales Acumen: Proven experience in B2C sales; experience in the automobile industry is a plus.Product Knowledge: A quick learner who can explain technical specs (Lithium-ion batteries, BLDC motors, etc.) in simple terms.Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic CRM tools or mobile apps for lead tracking.

Candidate Requirements :Education: 12th Pass or Graduate..Gender: Open to both (or as per your specific showroom preference).
