Job Description

  • Billing Executive – Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate accurate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
  • Verify billing data, contracts, and pricing before invoice processing
  • Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing inputs and clarifications
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (GST, etc.)
  • Prepare periodic billing reports and MIS for management review
  • Monitor credit limits and flag overdue accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
