Billing Executive

Role Overview:

The Billing Executive is responsible for generating accurate invoices, managing billing operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, service, and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate invoices for service, spare parts, and vehicle sales.
• Enter billing data into the system and verify customer details, job card entries, and prices.
• Manage daily cash, card, UPI, and online payment collections.
• Ensure proper GST application, discounts, and price updates as per company policy.
• Maintain billing records, receipts, and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and Accounts for smooth billing flow.
• Handle customer queries related to bills, payments, or corrections.
• Generate daily/weekly sales and billing reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to Royal Enfield and company billing SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Commerce preferred).
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of GST.
• Proficiency in billing software (DMS), MS Excel, and computer operations.
• Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customers politely and work in a fast-paced environment.
