Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Support in maintaining stock levels, storing ingredients properly, and reducing wastage.
- Follow all kitchen safety standards and company policies.
- Help in setting up workstations, equipment, and daily mise-en-place.
- Work as a team member and support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in a similar role (Commis II/III) is an advantage.
