ob Description – Commis II / Commis IIILocation: Kerala Café

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Support in maintaining stock levels, storing ingredients properly, and reducing wastage.
  • Follow all kitchen safety standards and company policies.
  • Help in setting up workstations, equipment, and daily mise-en-place.
  • Work as a team member and support smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (Commis II/III) is an advantage.
