Cost Estimator Cum Accountant

Job Description:

Accountant cum Assistant We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Assistant to support our furniture and interior design business.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Costing

• Maintain basic accounts and financial records
• Work as a cost estimator for yearly bills and expenses
• Handle pricing, costing, and margin calculations
• Track raw material costs related to furniture & interior industry (ply, hardware, laminates, PU, fittings, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors regarding rates and material pricing

Note: There is very minimal invoice work, as our operations are largely offline.

Assistant & Admin Work:

• Maintain purchase records and expense summaries
• Support management with data entry and reports
• Handle basic office administration work when required
• Assist in organizing documents, bills, and records
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally / Excel preferred)
• Strong understanding of costing and estimation
• Familiarity with furniture or interior industry materials (preferred)
• Good Excel skills
• Organized, reliable, and willing to handle multi-tasking
• Experience:1–3 years preferred

Location- Only local candidate from vasai-virar or nearby location consider.
