Ralsonics is a leading manufacturer of advanced ultrasonic cleaning and industrial surface treatment systems. We pride ourselves on engineering excellence and delivering seamless, reliable solutions to our industrial clients.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Executive to take complete ownership of the post-sale customer experience. Once our sales team closes an order, you become the primary point of contact for the client. Your core duty is to ensure clear, consistent communication between our internal manufacturing teams and the customer, from the day the order is placed until the system is successfully installed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Updates: Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients with active orders. Provide structured, weekly progress updates so the customer is always informed.
• Internal Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of each machine through our internal departments (Design, Manufacturing, and Purchase) to ensure timelines are being met.
• Delay Anticipation & Escalation: Identify potential internal bottlenecks early. Escalate any risks to the delivery schedule to the Sales and Management teams immediately for quick resolution.
• Dispatch & Installation Coordination: Manage the final administrative handover, coordinating logistics, dispatch details, and scheduling the installation team with the client.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Order Management, or Post-Sales Support (B2B/manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you must be highly professional and polite under all circumstances.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple active orders using spreadsheets or internal CRM tools.
• A mindful, service-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of the customer's peace of mind.
