Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Order Verification: Verify all outgoing switches, frames, and plates against invoices to ensure 100% accuracy in technical specifications (Amperage, Pole, and Color).
• Inventory Documentation: Prepare all necessary outward paperwork, including Delivery Challans, Gate Passes, and Tax Invoices in the company’s ERP system.
• Packaging Quality Control: Supervise and ensure secure, damage-proof packaging of delicate electrical components to prevent breakage during transit.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with transporters and courier partners to ensure daily pickups and optimize freight costs.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock checks of outgoing inventory to ensure the system stock matches the physical floor count.
• Dispatch Reporting: Maintain a daily dispatch log and provide tracking updates to the sales team and customers.
• Returns Management: Handle "Sales Returns" by inspecting returned switches for damage and re-entering them into the inventory.
