Job Overview

• Role: Equity Dealer / Terminal Operator.
• Location: Nallasopara East, Palghar district.
• Experience: 6 months to 10 years.
• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (approximately ₹3.6 Lakhs PA), often supplemented by performance-based incentives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Execution: Accurately punching and executing buy/sell orders for equity and derivatives (F&O) on behalf of retail and HNI clients using terminals like Odin or Omnesys.
• Client Advisory: Advising clients on investment options and market trends based on research reports to generate brokerage revenue.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure frequent trading and high retention.
• Reporting & Compliance: Confirming trades by the end of the day (EOD), reporting margins to exchange operations, and ensuring all activities comply with SEBI and exchange regulations.
• Cross-Selling: Promoting third-party financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, and Insurance to the existing client base. 

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Minimum graduation in any stream (b.com preferred).
• Certification: NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory for this role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating trading terminals with high speed and accuracy; basic knowledge of MS Excel for trade analysis.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages to handle client queries effectively.
