Factory Operations Supervisor

Job Role: Production Planning / Factory Operations Supervisor (PVC Unit – Vasai)

• Plan and control daily production of PVC logos & accessories
• Manage start/stop of machines as per order and quantity
• Coordinate with machine operators, senior factory manager, color & production departments
• Ensure correct color, quantity and quality as per job requirement
• Stop production immediately once order quantity is completed
• Maintain daily and cumulative production records (machine-wise & job-wise)
• Handle color changes and production priority smoothly
• Ensure smooth shop-floor operations without overproduction or wastage
