Job Description

  • Creative Direction & Product DesignDevelop seasonal and capsule collections aligned with GENRAGE’s brand identity and commercial objectives.
  • Create design concepts, moodboards, silhouettes, graphics, trims, and color palettes.
  • Design contemporary streetwear silhouettes with emphasis on fit, proportion, and wearability.
  • Prepare detailed tech packs including measurements, artwork placements, print specifications, and construction details.
  • Ensure designs are optimised for scalable production methods (screen printing, HD rubber, puff print, selective embroidery).
  • AI-Enabled Design & InnovationLeverage AI tools for concept exploration, visual references, mockups, trend synthesis, and rapid prototyping.
  • Use AI for research-driven design ideation (trend forecasting, aesthetic exploration, consumer insight mapping).
  • Collaborate with leadership to experiment with AI-assisted workflows for faster drop cycles and design iteration.
  • Maintain a balance between human creative direction and AI augmentation to preserve brand originality.
  • Sampling & Production ManagementCoordinate with sampling units and manufacturers to develop prototypes and pre-production samples.
  • Conduct fit and quality reviews, recommend revisions, and ensure consistency across production batches.
  • Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Market, Trend & Brand AlignmentMonitor global and domestic streetwear trends, youth culture, digital aesthetics, and competitor brands.
  • Translate trend insights into culturally relevant products for the Indian premium streetwear consumer.
