Truspirit Financial Consultants is hiring Field Marketing Executives for Kotak Mahindra Bank’s "Kotak 811" Campaign.

The role involves direct customer engagement at various field locations to promote Zero Balance Account openings under the Kotak 811 product.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
• Approach and engage potential customers directly in public and corporate areas.
• Explain Kotak 811 Zero Balance Account features and benefits.
• Assist customers with the account opening process.
• Achieve daily and monthly customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
• Represent the brand professionally and positively during campaigns.
• Coordinate with the team leader and campaign manager for reporting and strategy.
