Financial ManagementManage daily financial operations and accounting activities.Prepare and review financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.Monitor company cash flow and financial performance.Budgeting & Cost ControlPrepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.Track expenses and ensure financial efficiency.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure proper bookkeeping and accounting records are maintained.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and financial laws.Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.Financial PlanningSupport management in strategic financial decisions.Analyze financial data and provide business insights for growth.Vendor & Payment ManagementManage vendor payments, receivables, and financial transactions.Monitor outstanding payments and maintain financial discipline.Internal ControlsDevelop and implement financial policies and internal controls to prevent errors or fraud.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.5–10 years experience in finance or accounting roles.Required SkillsFinancial planning and analysisBudgeting and cost managementAccounting and financial reportingGST and taxation knowledgeStrong analytical and decision-making skillsKnowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting softwarePreferred ExperienceExperience in manufacturing or engineering industryUnderstanding of cost accounting in manufacturing
