Job Summary:

As a Fry Cook at Fakth Chicken, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Fakth Chicken’s signature fried chicken to our gold standards. You will operate fryers, ensure food safety and hygiene, and contribute to a clean, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, batter, and fry chicken according to Fakth Chicken’s proprietary recipes and cooking procedures.
• Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure chicken is cooked to proper temperature and appearance before serving.
• Monitor food stock and communicate low inventory to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of fry stations, kitchen surfaces, and equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Work with team members to ensure fast, friendly service and consistent food quality.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety guidelines, and brand standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or fast-food setting is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and timing procedures.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
