Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to manage our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, ensuring food quality, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining hygiene and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and design menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability.

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and consistent food preparation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
• Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff for smooth workflow.
• Ensure all dishes meet the brand’s quality and presentation standards.
• Work closely with management to plan promotions or special menus.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2–3 years as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Strong knowledge of [mention cuisine type – Indian / Continental / Multi-cuisine, etc.].

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage kitchen operations, budgets, and staff efficiently.

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
