Heat Treatment Shop Incharge

A competent and professional individual is required to manage the Heat Treatment shop. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Hardening, Tempering, Blackening, Salt Bath, and Nitriding processes.

The role requires sound material metallurgy knowledge, experience in hardness testing and inspection, and the ability to analyze and resolve process-related issues.

The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, production planning, shop-floor control, and coordination to meet quality and delivery targets.
