Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive / ManagerLocation: Vasai Virar, Mumbai
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Home Loan Sales professional to drive business growth by sourcing and closing home loan cases. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate home loan leads through open market, builders, brokers, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and channel partners
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan products
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursement
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers for documentation and processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
- Maintain proper MIS and sales reports
