Job description:

1. Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Conduct background checks and reference verification.
