Lathe Machine Operator

• Set up and operate cutting machines (e.g., CNC machines, laser cutters, shearing machines, or fabric cutting machines)
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or job orders
• Measure and mark materials to ensure accurate cutting
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision
• Adjust machine settings for different materials and thicknesses
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
• Maintain production records and report issues to supervisors
