Logistic Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch & ERP Executive to handle dispatch operations, ERP documentation, and inventory management. The role involves coordination with transporters, the sales team, preparing dispatch documents, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase Orders in ERP.
• Maintain New Order Excel Sheet and prepare OTS Price Sheets.
• Prepare Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Tax Invoice, and E-Way Bill.
• Coordinate with Transporters for timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage Material Inward, Gate Entry & LR details in ERP.
• Share Dispatch Details & Tax Invoices with customers.
• Prepare & hand over Labels and Invoices to Packing & Dispatch department.
• Create and manage Customer, Supplier, Products & Other Masters in ERP.
• Generate Daily Purchase & Dispatch Reports.
• Handle Stock Management, ensuring defective material is tracked separately.
• Execute Dispatch Planning, Documentation, and Record Maintenance.
• Prepare Marine Insurance Declaration Reports (monthly).
• Manage Purchase Bill Booking Process in ERP.
• Arrange Stationery & Portal Bookings as required.
• Update FG Stock Addition for SF in ERP.

Requirements:   

• Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP operations, dispatch, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and Logistics coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
