Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle online sales and customer support for our clinical research equipment business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent convincing ability, and a good understanding of technical products to effectively engage with educational and research-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and calls
• Explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, laboratories, and research professionals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of clinical or research equipment (preferred)
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is an advantage
