Medical Representative (MR)

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Ayurvedic Medical Representative / Patient Counselor who is passionate about holistic healing and has strong communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between patients and our Ayurvedic services, helping them understand and choose the right therapies, programs, and retreat packages.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with walk-in patients, inquiry leads, and retreat participants
• Understand patient concerns and guide them toward suitable Ayurvedic treatments and programs
• Explain therapies, packages, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (sales conversion role)
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with doctors and therapy teams for smooth patient experience
• Maintain patient records and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
