Location: Buddhi Sagar Industrial Estate, Vasai East, Maharashtra – 401208, India

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

The Impact You'll Have (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead Plant Operations: Oversee the entire operation—from raw material entry to final dispatch, covering production, quality assurance, logistics, and safety.
• Drive Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and implement Process Improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle time.
• Strategy & Growth: Work closely with the sales team to synchronize production planning and directly supporting Product Innovation and Business Development strategies.
• Quality Champion: Instituting and enforcing strict Quality Control Management and compliance across all processes.
• Building the Team: Setting clear operational goals, monitoring performance, and mentoring a robust operations team.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior operational or plant management role.
• Education: Graduate required. BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or PG Diploma preferred.
• Industry Fit: Strong preference for experience in Manufacturing, Production, Printing, Publishing, or Packaging.
• Core Skills: Process Improvement, Production Planning, Quality Control, Cross-functional Coordination (Sales/Operations), and Business Development Strategy.
• Language: Intermediate English.
