Production / Manufacturing Head

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities – Production Head (Switches Division)Plan and achieve production targets as per monthly/annual schedules.
• Oversee end-to-end switch manufacturing (molding, assembly, testing, packing).
• Ensure product quality as per BIS/ISI and company standards.
• Control production cost, wastage, rejection, and downtime.
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and line productivity.
• Lead and manage production team (supervisors, operators, workers).
• Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth machine operations.
• Coordinate with purchase/stores for uninterrupted material supply.
• Support new product trials and production scale-up.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and statutory compliance on shop floor.
• Monitor KPIs and submit production MIS reports.
