2. Roles & Responsibilities

*Quality Control & Assurance*

• Conduct routine testing of raw materials and finished products as per defined standards

• Monitor product quality across production stages to ensure consistency and compliance

• Maintain proper documentation of test reports, batch records, and QC logs

• Assist in improving formulations and product performance in coordination with R&D

*Research & Product Development (Light Research Role)*

• Support basic research activities for product improvement and new developments

• Collect and analyze market feedback on product performance

• Work on trial samples and assist in testing new formulations

*Customer Relationship Management*

• Address customer complaints related to product performance or quality

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to resolve issues effectively

• Visit client sites (if required) for troubleshooting and technical support

*Process & Compliance*

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal protocols

• Identify areas of improvement in quality and suggest corrective actions

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and lab discipline
