QC Associate

1. Depolyment of Inspectors in his shift, according to the availability and skill of inspector.

2. Responsible for ensuring M100 & Split test of each running machine products

3. Responsible for In-process visual inspection & testings and traceability requirements in his shift.

4. Responsible to maintain the records & documents of In-process inspection and testings in his shift

5. Responsible for preparing daily QA In-process Rejection Report.

6. Giving timely feedback of In-process inspections & testings results to production & do root cause analysis with them to take corrective actions for yield improvement.

7. Support in data collection for capability studies.

8. Responsible for reporting /discussing with his manager with all the issues he is faced in his shift.                                 

9. Support in implementation of corrective actions for Customer complaint closure, process/ product audit NC findings.

10. Update Why-why tracker for daily major rejections keep track on countermeasure implementation.

11. Support for QM Pillar methodology implementation .

12.  Shall have Good Verbal / Written communication skill.
