Job Description

Role : Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage Closing Process: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process from Enquiry to Final closing.

·        Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing process. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

·        Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies to facilitate seamless transactions. Ensure that all parties are informed and that deadlines are met.

·        Document Management: Review and manage all documents, including Enquiry forms, Term Sheet, Lease agreement and financial statements. Ensure all paperwork complies with legal requirements and company policies.

·        Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process. Proactively address potential obstacles to ensure a successful closing.

·        Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the closing process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

·        Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies related to real estate transactions and closings.

·        Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all closing transactions and prepare reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.

Min 3 - 7 Years should have proven leadership experience in leading a team and real estate sourcing with reputed real estate brands/extensive market knowledge of Vasai Mumbai market including an understanding of the local real estate landscape, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

Graduate/ Post Graduate/ excellent verbal and communication skills

Confident & articulate individual with a pleasant personality.

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues

Should have a good understanding of consumer behaviour.

Should have worked in Closing for minimum 3-5 years or more

Should be passionate about sales and earning incentives
