Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff
• Ensure outstanding guest experience and handle escalations
• Monitor sales, control costs, and manage inventory
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and fine dining standards

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good understanding of F&B operations and cost control
