ob Description – Sales Co-ordinator: Gas Analyzer & Gas Monitoring Systems Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer inquiries received via email, phone, and online portals
- Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements
- Follow up on quotations for order confirmation
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical details, and delivery timelines
- Maintain inquiry, quotation, and order records
- Communicate professionally with B2B industrial customers
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma (any discipline, engineering preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in B2B sales or industrial products preferred
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
