About Us:

We are authorised distributors of premium cutting tool brands like Ceratizit and Carmex, and also specialize in custom-designed tools and tool holders. We help manufacturers improve machining productivity through technical tool recommendations and project-specific solutions.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales & Application Engineer for cutting tools and tool holders used in CNC machines. This is a field role ideal for candidates with a strong interest in tooling, CNC applications, and technical customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote cutting tools, tool holders, and threading solutions (Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grooving, Boring, etc.)
• Recommend suitable tools based on component drawings, materials, and machine type
• Conduct tool trials and support technical implementation at customer sites
• Work closely with CNC operators, production managers, and purchase teams
• Provide cost-saving and productivity improvement solutions
• Focus on CNC job works, OEMs, and machine shops in the Vasai–Palghar–Boisar belt

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, cutting tool sales, or CNC programming
• Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Sound understanding of CNC operations, tool paths, cutting parameters, and cycle time optimization
• Willingness to travel – this is a field-based, on-site technical role

Language Proficiency:

• English – Read, Write, Speak
• Marathi – Read, Write, Speak
• Hindi – Read, Write, Speak

Training & Development:

• On-the-job training on cutting tools, tool holding systems, and application techniques
