We are now expanding our revenue vertical and looking for a strong individual who can build and scale our partnerships ecosystem.
🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead who can:
• Generate high-ticket guest collaborations (₹1.5L – ₹2L+)
• Close brand sponsorship deals
• Build structured outreach systems
• Create and manage partnership pipelines
• Take ownership of revenue growth
This is not a telecalling role.
This is not a junior sales job.
This is a revenue-building leadership role.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach high-potential guests and brands
• Pitch AAG – The Fire Show as a premium positioning platform
• Handle high-ticket negotiation conversations
• Build and manage CRM pipeline
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth execution
• Create weekly revenue tracking reports
• Maintain follow-up discipline
• Contribute to building a long-term scalable revenue system
🧠 What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years experience in business development / partnerships
• Comfortable selling ₹2L+ offerings
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Structured thinker (system builder, not chaos creator)
• Comfortable meeting founders / entrepreneurs
• Stable mindset — long-term oriented
• Self-driven and ownership-focused
Bonus if experience in:
• Media / Influencer industry
• High-ticket consulting sales
• Brand partnerships
• Personal branding ecosystem
