Sales Staff

We are hiring 8 experienced sales staff for our cake shop /dessert shop.

Job Requirements-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the food & beverage industry
• (cake shop, café, bakery, or dessert shop experience preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Well-groomed, clean, and presentable
• Good manners and professional etiquette
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely
• Looking for long-term employment only
• (Short-term candidates should not apply)

Job Details-

• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 4 days off per month
• Overtime: Paid as per extra working hours

Salary & Benefits-

• Salary will increase by 10–15% every year based on performance
• If performance and skills are excellent, salary can be increased earlier

Trial -

• Initial 3 days of training/understanding period
• If both sides are comfortable, employment will continue
• If not continued, full payment will be given for all days worked
• (3–5 days or as applicable)
