Senior Executive Purchase

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
• Identify and develop new vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Track market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or purchase management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Good understanding of supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
