🔹 Key Responsibilities✔ Drive sales directly & through the sales team in North India

✔ Handle techno-commercial meetings with customers

✔ Build strong, long-term customer relationships

✔ Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team

✔ Ensure successful installation & execution at customer sites

✔ Follow ethical business practices

🔹 Candidate Profile🎓 B.E. Mechanical + MBA (Marketing) or equivalent

📈 Minimum 10 years experience (5+ years in storage systems preferred)

👤 Age: 45 years & above

💡 Strong negotiation, leadership & business acumen
