Job Description
A Service Engineer specializing in Wirecut and Spark (Sinker) EDM machines is responsible for the machines at customer factories, from initial installation to complex technical repairs
- Installation & dismantling - Carry out installation of new machines at customer factories (physical leveling, electrical wiring). Ensure proper dismantling in case of machine shifting to be done at different locations
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections of machines at customer factories. Report & repair issues faced by the machine
- Technical Troubleshooting/Machine breakdown & repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and any other faults (support will be provided by Taiwan or China team when needed)
- Customer Training: Provide training to customer regarding machine programming & basic maintainence.
- Documentation: Maintain & share detailed service reports
