Service Engineer

The Service and Repair Engineer is responsible for installation, inspection, troubleshooting, calibration, servicing, and repair of instruments/equipment at customer sites and in-house. The role involves ensuring equipment operates efficiently, meets quality standards, and complies with safety and regulatory requirements.

1. Install, commission, and service instruments/equipment at customer locations.Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting of instruemnts Like Gas Analyzer and Gas Monitoring systems.
2. Carry out calibration, testing, and validation as per standards and customer requirements.
3. Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and ensure proper functioning after repair.
4. Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and job completion documents.
5. Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and basic maintenance.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for spares, technical support, and service planning.
7. Maintain service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.
8. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and statutory norms.
9. Travel to customer sites as required and respond to service calls within defined timelines
