Job Description:

We are looking for a Solar Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting rooftop site surveys, supervising on-site installations, assisting in procurement, and ensuring smooth commissioning of solar projects across all sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial projects:
• Measure rooftops and usable areas
• Check roof type, slope, and structural strength
• Take electrical readings (MCB, LT panel, load, etc.)
• Lead and guide helpers during installation with kindness and respect
• Assist in material procurement and negotiate effectively with dealers
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
• Maintain accurate documentation of surveys, installations, and commissioning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar installations and site surveys, including industrial setups
• Knowledge of electrical systems (MCB, LT panel, wiring, etc.)
• Strong leadership and ability to guide helpers without arrogance
• Kind, humble, and respectful personality
• No bad habits such as alcohol or smoking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and safety-conscious
