Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our cafe kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the owners and other kitchen team mates to keep things running smoothly ,maintain food quality and lead the kitchen team during busy hours. If you love cooking, teamwork, and fast paced cafe vibes - this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support and lead the kitchen team prep and service
- Help manage and guide the kitchen team
- Make sure the food tastes great and looks consistent every time
- Keep the kitchen clean,organised and hygienic
- Handle prep, portion control and minimise food wastage
- Ensure smooth service during busy hours
