Staff Nurse

Position Title: Ward Nurse

Department: General Ward

Qualification: ANM / GNM,Valid State Nursing Council Registration

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in hospital ward, Freshers are not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide nursing care to admitted patients

                        Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO₂)

                        Maintain patient records and documentation

Ward Management: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

                                     Ensure patient comfort and bed management

                                     Follow infection control protocols

Medication & Treatment: Administer medications as prescribed

                                              Assist doctors during rounds and procedures

                                              Prepare patients for investigations

Coordination: Coordinate with doctors and departments

                          Update patient condition as per policy

Skills Required: Clinical knowledge of ward care

                               Good communication

                               Patient handling & empathy

                               Teamwork

Working Conditions: Rotational shifts

Additional Requirements: Immediate joiners preferred

                                               BLS preferred
