Technical Support Engineer

• Prepare accurate calibration reports for gas analyzers as per internal SOPs and customer requirements.
• Record calibration data, gas concentrations, accuracy, repeatability, linearity, and response time.
• Ensure calibration is carried out using traceable standard gases and reference instruments.
• Maintain proper documentation in line with ISO / NABL / customer specifications.
• Verify calibration results and highlight deviations, if any.
• Maintain calibration records in soft and hard copy formats.

User Manual & Technical Documentation

• Prepare and update User Manuals for gas analyzers and related accessories.
• Develop clear documentation including:

• Product description
• Technical specifications
• Installation guidelines
• Operation procedure
• Calibration procedure
• Maintenance instructions
• Troubleshooting guide
• Safety precautions
• Ensure manuals are user-friendly, technically accurate, and compliant with standards.
• Revise documents based on product changes, field feedback, and customer inputs.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Service teams for technical inputs.
• Support sales and service teams with technical documents when required.
• Assist during audits (ISO/NABL/GEM/Defence) by providing required documentation.
• Skills & Knowledge RequiredBasic knowledge of gas analyzers / gas detectors / analytical instruments.
• Understanding of calibration procedures and standard gases.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, NABL documentation (preferred).
• Good command over technical English writing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and block diagrams.
