Technical Support Executive

Job SummaryThe Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems, equipment, or software. The role involves direct interaction with customers/users to resolve technical problems efficiently and professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers/users via phone, email, or on-site visits
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, test, and maintain systems and equipment
• Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation of issues and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
• Provide user training and guidance when required
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel or work on-site as required
• Preferred SkillsExperience in technical support or field service
• Knowledge of industry-specific equipment or applications
• Familiarity with service management tools or ticketing systems
