Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our IT & Digital Marketing services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain company services (IT Software & Digital Marketing solutions).
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
• Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience preferred .
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle client queries.
