Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients via phone, explaining our services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales & operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
