Telesales Executive

🚀 About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales for our corporate and bulk merchandise category, including t-shirts, caps, and drinkware. The role involves handling inbound/outbound leads, converting them into orders, and maintaining strong follow-ups to close deals.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities📲 Call and engage with qualified leads (no cold data dumping)
• 💼 Understand client requirements for corporate gifting & bulk orders
• 👕 Promote products like custom t-shirts, caps, drinkware, and merchandise
• 🔁 Ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders
• 💬 Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• 🧾 Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and client interactions
• 🤝 Build long-term relationships with repeat corporate clients
• 💪 Key Skills RequiredStrong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
• Excellent follow-up and closing ability
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Ability to understand bulk/corporate requirements quickly
• Basic knowledge of sales CRM or lead management tools
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
• 🎓 QualificationsGraduate or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales / B2B sales
• Experience in apparel, gifting, printing, or merchandise industry is a big plus
