TIG Welder

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding on various metal components, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with company quality standards. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals as per technical drawings.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare and position metal parts for welding.
• Operate welding machines and maintain proper welding parameters.
• Ensure strong, neat, and defect-free welds.
• Inspect welded joints and correct any defects if required.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in the workshop.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Skills & Requirements Basic knowledge of TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and welding standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Education & Experience ITI / Diploma in Welding / Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experienced welders with 1–3 years of TIG welding experience will be preferred.
