VMC Machine Operator

Job Title: VMC Operator – Caps & Closures

Experience: 2 – 10 Years

Location: ANANTA MOULDS PVT. LTD. Building no.- 02, Gala No.- 02, Paras Ind. Estate

Opposite - IPOL , Sativali Road , Waliv Phata,Vasai (E), Dist.- Palghar- 401208

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate VMC machine for 2D & 3D machining work as per approved program.
• Handle Mitsubishi and Mazak controllers efficiently.
• Perform boring operations within specified tolerance as per program.
• Ensure accurate machining of mould components for Caps & Closures.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.
• Knowledge of Boring Bar usage and setup.
• Read and understand engineering drawings clearly before machining.
• Maintain required tolerance and surface finish standards.
• Follow production schedule and complete jobs within timeline.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of VMC operations.
• Good understanding of 2D & 3D machining.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.
• Knowledge of mould components for Caps & Closures preferred.
