Job Description
- TEAM LEADER roles are responsible for Generating new business from the sales officer.
- Recruit, train sales officers & generate business through them.
- Responsible for a managing a term.
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries.
- Hold regular meetings with BDO, lead providers,
- Intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining
- Records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0.6 to 1 year talent recruitment experience required.•Full time graduation is mandatory.
- Communication and presentation skill.
