Job Description

Job Summary

Motherland Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily administrative operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will support financial record-keeping, billing, documentation, client coordination, and office administration to ensure smooth functioning of real estate operations.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.



Key Responsibilities

1.     Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (receipts, payments, expenses).

2.     Prepare and manage invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

3.     Handle bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.

4.     Track customer payments and follow up for pending dues.

5.     Maintain property-related documents and agreements systematically.

6.     Coordinate with sales team for booking and payment status updates.

7.     Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.

8.     Manage petty cash and expense tracking.

9.     Handle payroll support and staff attendance records.

10. Maintain vendor records and process vendor payments.

11. Ensure statutory compliance documentation (if applicable).

12. Manage office administration activities and inventory.

13. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

14. Assist management in preparing reports and presentations.

15. Handle client inquiries related to payments and documentation.



Required Skills

·        Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/ERP preferred)

·        Strong numerical and analytical skills

·        MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)

·        Good communication skills

·        Attention to detail and accuracy

·        Organizational and multitasking ability

·        Knowledge of GST basics (preferred)

·        Documentation and record-keeping skills

·        Time management skills

·        Confidentiality and integrity



Qualification

·        B.Com / BBA / Any Degree with Accounts background

·        0–2 years of experience in Admin & Accounts
