Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or
- B.E. (Civil Engineering)
Experience:
- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
- Salary will be based on experience
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month including PF and ESI
- Petrol allowance provided separately
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Must be flexible to travel daily for site visits
- Knowledge of building valuation and site inspection is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct property and building site visits
- Prepare valuation-related observations and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for case completion
