Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive the growth of Tally Solutions within our company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Tally software solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for business software, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for Tallyprime solutions through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, etc.).
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote Tally solutions to prospective clients, highlighting its benefits.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and recommend Tally modules and customizations to optimize their operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve set sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and product delivery.
  • Stay updated on Tally software features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Track sales activity and provide regular reports to management.


Requirements:

Education: Any degree.

Experience:

  • For Freshers: Strong interest in business development and basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
  • For Experienced Candidates: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in ERP or software solutions.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (Tally ERP/Prime is preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Tally ERP/Prime or experience in selling Tally solutions.
  • Familiarity with Tally modules like GST, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
